“If something goes wrong with an order it’s the way a business deals with it that matters to the customer. I bought 5 packs of BonBon kola cubes as a repeat order. Unfortunately, when they arrived, they looked to have a manufacturing fault. When I contacted the Old Railway Line Garden Centre, they went above and beyond, not only refunding me in full, but forwarding my concerns to BonBon, who have also now been in touch. For great service, both for regular transactions and if there is ever an issue, the Old Railway Line Garden Centre has given 5 Star service.”

“Had all sorts of issues with the courier. Luke and Graham in customer service were excellent and really truely helpful for something that was not of their making, volunteered a refund of postage charges. Couldn't ask for more. The courier has not actually delivered the parcel. I went and collected”

“Unfortunately my tree never arrived due to parcelforce losing it, however customer service at Old railway line were very helpful and regrettably had to just refund as the tree was no longer in stock. Shame parcelforce werent as helpful.”

“I was able to source 40 tulips (Mango sorbet) that were out of stock in all local garden centres and at the RHS (I live in Surrey). The Old Railway Line were easy to order from online, well priced and dispatched my order promptly. The bulbs were in good condition, I look forward to admiring them next spring. Good to discover a reliable online garden centre.”
