It is so good to know if I make an order, have a question or there's something out of stock, there is always someone to speak to and these lovely people also reach out to their customers if needed too. I have had the pleasure of speaking with Luke who is friendly and extremely helpful. The quality of product from this business is of a very high standard too, everything is packaged so well, delivered quickly and arrives in tact. I love the plethora of jams and preserves, I think I have tried almost all. The website is easy to manoeuvre from directions to basket to checkout and processing. This business ranks very high in my estimations and experiences on all levels.
