“They are £140 miles away from me so have never visited. Regarding online stuff they are great. My only annoyance being I had to wait over a year to purchase another because of stock shortage. It seems there was an overstock of the 37cm versions and until they were sold they would not re order any 43cm versions. Once available I managed to purchase one when there were down to only 6 left. None of these 43cm sizes were stocked at garden centres anywhere let alone green. Seems they were on Amazon. I missed that, but expensive on there. In suming up. Great bird bath, great quality, a shame the Old railway Line do not order more or make them available from local garden centres rather than Amazon. £20 postage cost makes this about £140 from The Old Railway Line garden centre. There is little out there in the market place that matches this Bird bath, so they have the monopoly on large glazed bird baths. I must mention postage. I was concerened it might arrive damage, but I need not have worried. It was properly double packed in two seperate boxes with tons of soft stuff.”

“They are a very good company to deal with online and via the telephone. We went for the rapid delivery, costing almost £80. The delivery guy was very helpful, helping me unpack the vast amounts of cardboard packaging and placing the bench in the garden. However, he was not allowed to take away the wooden pallet used for transporting the bench, or the packaging. Disposal of these things, especially the pallet, was difficult for us (in our 70s) and disappointing, especially as we had paid so much for the delivery service.”
