“The rose was ordered online as a result of a recommendation and was delivered in a secure package. The shrub looks good and healthy. It will make a lovely gift.”

“Bought as a present for Christmas, coat looks lovely, however I did not expect an expensive coat to be rolled into a ball and squashed into a very small plastic bag to be delivered. Luckily it appears to have decreased .”

“Unfortunately my tree never arrived due to parcelforce losing it, however customer service at Old railway line were very helpful and regrettably had to just refund as the tree was no longer in stock. Shame parcelforce werent as helpful.”

“Very glad to have come across this store online and can see myself being a truest shopper with then. The website has a broad range if utensils across multiple and very competitive price points. My order was delivered on time and everything as depicted on site. Only reason to deduct a star was the packaging, amongst my order were multiple bags of crisps for festive hampers, these were not given any protection and sadly all of them have arrived very crushed (meaning there’ll be a bit of embarrassment gifting them now as I doubt there’s many whole crisps in each packet) due to heavier items being on top and the mailing box not being very sturdy at all.”

“The garden centre were very helpful and friendly and their plants are healthy. The plants were good value but by the time I paid for postage and then VAT on top of that I had paid more than double the price of my plants.”

“The best diffusers for Christmas fragrant I have found , I ordered off the Old Railway line website , they arrived packaged very well , but, the postage was quite high, I feel this cost needs looking into .”
