Didn't get my Order .Waited over two weeks then got told it was missing.They asked did I want to reorder I said yes but they were out of stock on one of the items.I got a refund then.Also got this survey after I requested the refund asking was I satisfied with me experience.

I bought this hose reel from you because it was described as assembled In fact it was in kit form I specifically bought from you as I thought you had assembled which I need due to hand incapacity

I went on the 8 November with my daughter and stepson for breakfast and we have all been ill and I have only just got back to work I will never go there again and it cost me £35.20 not very good value.

Sent me the completely wrong item and not what I ordered had the inconvenience of repacking to send wrong item back and wait for my refund so not happy!
