Hello Louise, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, your order was lost in transit with the courier, and despite our investigations with InPost, we were unable to recover it. As soon as the investigation was complete, we refunded your order in full, as we had no remaining stock or suitable alternatives to offer at the time. “Unfortunately the delivery arrived on a Tuesday rather than the Friday I had booked the delivery for and sadly watering can was stolen from outside my porch - as I was still on holidays. Just beware that the times can vary”

“Very misleading, on the rinkit website I had ordered the same item and received the full pack of six rather than one individual bowl which the old railway line garden centre are selling. I have been in touch and tried to get a refund however I am still awaiting a reply.”

“Online purchase postage expensive and the item didn't arrive because they use Evri cheap delivery service they actually pay their drivers 20p if you want to be a respectable garden centre online service. Do not use this cheap poor diabolical service to post your items always cause problems for customers treat your customer as well they will come back.DONT SEND Customers purchases by Evri Won't be purchasing from this garden centre again online”

“Didn't get my Order .Waited over two weeks then got told it was missing.They asked did I want to reorder I said yes but they were out of stock on one of the items.I got a refund then.Also got this survey after I requested the refund asking was I satisfied with me experience.”
