“Fantastic customer service!! I ordered something via Amazon and then discovered their website and decided I wanted to order something else as well. I called them up and they were happy to put my second item into the first item’s parcel to save me paying delivery twice. So nice to actually speak to a person when you call up, and very grateful that they were so accommodating. Thank you! Items arrived quickly and very well packaged.”

Their body language, (which in other places, often does not match words and actions) were spot on, you could see they were enjoying their work, and it was busy.
