“I saw the jacket on the website and it was substantially cheaper than Debenhams or The Joe Brown website! Love the jacket. My daughter wanted one too but the small size was unavailable.”

“I ordered 2 items but one was unavailable after my order was submitted. Instead of just sending half an order Old Railway Line called to advise and gave me the option of cancelling the whole order. I asked them to send the item available and it arrived very well packed and very promptly. The refund for the missing item was made straight away too. Very good service.”

“All the spring bulbs I ordered are fabulous and I can't wait to see them flower in spring! The two glazed pots, on the other hand, are damaged - one totally broken in shards, while the other one has a crack running down one side of it. I contacted customer service straight away and Graham replied promptly to reassure me that these will be replaced. I also had a phone call from Luke to apologise for the inconvenience. Great customer service! I just think they need to have a word with Evri for not handling the delivery with care.”
