“Can't praise old Railway Line enough for their excellent customer service. There was a slight confusion with the wrong dress arriving last week, however I was called directly to rectify and my dress arrived today. They were so quick to contact me and sort it out and that makes a huge difference. Sometimes things do go wrong (we are all human after all) but their swift action and attention was next level. Thank you I will certainly be shopping with you again.”

“My chosen roses arrived promptly, and were a very good price. They were well packaged, but the best bit of all … they are so healthy and lush looking! They are for the family of my recently deceased aunt, called Anne, hence the purchase. I’m sure that these roses will be a great, healthy, long lasting reminder of a much loved mother! Thank you!”
