“First time purchase from the Old Railway Garden Centre. I cannot fault this First Class service. From ease of ordering to excellent packaging to protect my items during transport. Very quick dispatch and a 'Welcome' email to thank me as a new customer. What's not to like? This is what, not good, not great but EXCELLENT customer service looks like. Keep on doing what you're doing and you'll go from strength to strength. Thank you and I'll be back!”

“I recently ordered from Old Railway Line Garden Centre and had a great experience. My item arrived on time and was very securely packaged. I was especially impressed that they used recycled shredded cardboard for the packaging, such a brilliant, eco-friendly touch. Everything arrived in perfect condition and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Excellent service and a company I’d happily buy from again.”
