“I was disappointed as i ordered the tea vouchers and needed them for presents on the wedneday/ thursday. I should have asked for them to come quicker as i was unable to collect them in person. The vouchers were not posted until wednesday so i got them on friday.”

“Just received my jars of delicious Cartwright and Butler ginger preserve. I was very impressed with the care taken by staff at the Old Railway Line Garden Centre to ensure it arrived safely packed in bubble wrap and a polystyrene box. Wish I lived near the Garden Centre, would definitely be a favourite place to visit.”

“I purchased my tree on 2nd August this year. I thought it looked a bit spindly but I took the tree home. The top of the pot was covered in moss and rock hard. I gave it some water and when we took it out of the pot it was very root bound and quite dry however, I have planted the tree with blood fish and bonemeal and I have fed it. Hopefully it will recover and look less spindly. I did not choose the tree,on reflection perhaps I should have.”

“Made a purchase online, prior to ordering I contacted The Old Railway Line Garden Centre the team answered the phone promptly, politley and very helpful. Graham made some enqueries to the manufacturers and called me back soon after followed up by an email with uploaded photos of the product. Brilliant service all round. “Ordered online for my hubby. Website easy to navigate The item arrived so well packaged, it would have taken a lot to damage it in transit, and to top it off, hubby was very pleased that I managed to find someone that sells it (at a reasonable price too) we had been looking in stores for it to no avail. Thank you”
