“We Love your Garden Centre and often travel up to you from Neath Your Staff are the BEST. However we have had cause to complain about the state of your Dog Water Bowls and last week when we were up we noticed that some of them were empty and dirty in the bottom still!!. Come on, it doesn't take much to keep an eye on the Dogs Bowls. Don't let something as small as this let the side down!!!”

“I ordered four glazed saucers and they arrived in a box the size of a chair, over 1m high. Inside the extra large box was a lot of shredded cardboard. When I removed this shredded cardboard I found another smaller box inside. When I opened the smaller box it contained more shredded cardboard. When I removed the shredded cardboard I found four smaller packages inside. The saucers were wrapped inside the smaller packages, all intact. It took me probably fifteen minutes in total to reach the saucers. My wheelie recycling bin was three-quarter’s full of shredded cardboard by the end! I’ve had to flat pack the other cardboard boxes down and hope they’ll be collected by the recycling truck. It took about ten further minutes to put everything into recycling. All in all the unwrapping of these four saucers felt like an unnecessary waste of time and effort and packaging.”
