“I am now totally sold on kiln dried logs for my multi fuel stove. This is the third year I have used the jumbo crates of hardwood and not only do I get a much better heat output but the soot deposits in the flue are very low, my chimney sweep is very impressed! My advise to any of my neighbours, don't waste your money getting inferior wood from Joe Bloggs round the corner because it's cheaper.”

“My first order was for netted kiln dried wood which arrived promptly though for some reason the haulier split the consignment and half went back to The Luxury Wood Company. The problem was resolved really promptly. My second order was spot on. The wood quality is excellent - it's dry and burns really well. In future I'll be ordering logs in nets because they are so convenient to handle and are very stable when stacking and have virtually no mess. I will use The Luxury Wood Company again and have recommended friends and family to do the same.”

“I bought the ash wood and have to say it has been tbe best I have ever had. It never fails to burn and throws out an intense heat which meant i actually used less. Delivery was prompt and the driver very happy to put exactly where i wanted it despite our somewhat difficult driveway.Would recommend.”

“The quality of the firewood itself seems pretty good. Delivery was timely, easy to organise. However the delivery driver took it to the wrong property, when I rang to tell him this I was then engaged in what can only be described as a surreal experience as he insisted the wood was at the right house, that I must therefore be wrong. You might think the homeowner would know which house they live at, but apparently this is up for debate. Fortunately after a couple of calls he was sent back to pick it up and move it again before my neighbour came back to find a giant stack of firewood on her drive. There does seem to be waste though. I have no need of a huge bag nor of a pallet. Surely these can be collected for re-use.”

“I needed a supply of BSL certified EN+A1 wood pellets and found Luxury Wood offered the best price and fastest delivery. Unfortunately 4 of the bags were broken but I noted this on the delivery note and the company refunded me for them, no questions ask. I will be using this company again.”

“i was a bit cautious at first about switching from my usual woodlets wood pellets to the cheaper ones from luxury wood but they seem to be just fine and burn well. dayana was very helpful on the phone also”

“The wood was VERY dry. We have used other suppliers but not had such good quality logs - was 100% Ash as well which is the best for burning. will be ordering again.”

“Excellent service, from when originally making a telephone enquiry to ease of ordering on the website. The delivery was very fast, the driver very helpful and efficient.
