“I purchased the 12 INCH FIRE TONGS for £15 so called Strong steel fire tongs and received what can best be described as the Christmas cracker version. Utter rubbish.”

“Ordered full pallet which was delivered as stated. Only downside was the amount of small logs (split them in half and you can use them for kindling) that was in the pallet. I was expecting a full pallet of near same sized logs.”

“Quality product as described the only issue was there was no notification of delivery until driver called and left a message saying he would be there in ten minutes. I was at work and had to scramble to make arrangements to receive the delivery.”

“Delivered in a wooden crate within a few days of ordering. However, I observed that not all the logs stacked in the middle of the stack were of the same quality as those on the outside. Some of the logs appeared to be riddled with woodworm and crumbling away. We shall see what the burn quality is when we use them.”

“Thought i would try The Luxury Wood Company as the advertising photo of oak looked good as i normally have ash. The wood came on time but found lots of small logs in it but good value for your money .”

“These logs arrived well packed and dry. They are nearly all the same length so fit our Brunel CB1,2&3without any problems.They throw out alot of heat and there is very little ash.The crate they arrived in has been turned into a greenhouse!!”

“Good website, delivery came right time, driver very helpful. Wood ok but some has been attacked by a boring insect so i’m unhappy about that being stacked in the house, means going out to the woodshed to get more wood. Slightly frustrating.”

“Very pleased with my purchase of large crate of oak surprising how much you get was just under 4 loose filled dumpy bags I’d say.Got it in The Black Friday deal with goodie bag included.Burns nicely too will definitely be treating myself next November to another crate.”
