“These logs arrived well packed and dry. They are nearly all the same length so fit our Brunel CB1,2&3without any problems.They throw out alot of heat and there is very little ash.The crate they arrived in has been turned into a greenhouse!!”

“Good website, delivery came right time, driver very helpful. Wood ok but some has been attacked by a boring insect so i’m unhappy about that being stacked in the house, means going out to the woodshed to get more wood. Slightly frustrating.”

“Very pleased with my purchase of large crate of oak surprising how much you get was just under 4 loose filled dumpy bags I’d say.Got it in The Black Friday deal with goodie bag included.Burns nicely too will definitely be treating myself next November to another crate.”

“We usually have the Ash or Oak logs from you but decided to give the beech a go. They light and burn very well but the sizing is a bit odd. there are an awful lot of very small logs, that I have been using as kindling! Then there are some massive logs that are a bit to big for our burner and we have had to take the axe to them. Perhaps I will go back to the ash next time.”

“The courier couldn’t deliver on “their “ agreed day so had to take more time out of my self employed day to help unload from the lorry as they never send a drivers mate even though he couldn’t unload a full crate alone. The full crate of birch is of very poor quality, I could live with it being very dirty if it actually burnt well, which it doesn’t,usually the birch burns without any vents on my log burner opened but this crate needs to have both top and bottom air vents open just to get a poor burn.Very disappointing for something that’s gets more expensive for less quantity seemingly each delivery.”
