“Happy ! Not yes the logs were delivered after second attempt,they are blocking my drive way so needless to say my husband is not happy.”

“This is our second Jumbo Crate from Luxury Wood and it arrived a week after our online order had been made. I could have had it sooner had I been around as the local delivery depot had received the crate within four or five days and they got in touch with me immediately to fix up a delivery time. Luxury Wood's Customer Service Team also emailed me telling me where the crate was and even offered to contact the local depot if I had any problems getting hold of them. All in all a very good service from Luxury Wood from start to finish. The logs in our first jumbo crate gave off a lot of heat and they burnt very well in our brand new log fire and we're looking forward to the same from our second Jumbo crate. As for the crate itself, it is tightly packed with logs, very well constructed for strength and filled to the brim just like the picture on Luxury Wood's website and the same went for our 1st Jumbo crate. We did try another company last Autumn for comparison, but the logs were a mixed bag when it came to heat given off and not burning very well. Their crate was poorly packed and not well constructed, unlike our first Jumbo. To their credit they did give me a refund based on my calculation on how much was missing from the crate, when compared with the dimensions given in their website sales pitch ......... the crate had the makings of a sink hole about to start!!! AND THAT'S WHY we're come back to Luxury Woods for our second Jumbo Crate.”

“Placed an order and within a couple of day we received a phone call to arrange the delivery. We had order the Jumbo crate and boy oh boy there is a lot of logs for your money. Delivery driver phoned 30 minutes before he arrived to confirm the time he was coming. The logs look the business. Many thanks”

“easy to use web ordering system. Good quality logs delivered. Just to top the service off the delivery driver was as good as gold calling me to say he was a few minutes away. Despite me being stuck in traffic he delivered without a problem. Will definitely be my first choice for logs”

“I have no complaints about the wood. However, the time taken to deliver was unacceptable. Communication with the administration dept of the delivery company was poor and they didn't deliver when they said they would. In fact when the delivery came it was marked for a different delivery day. The delivery man, however, was excellent. Suggest you look at your contract with the delivery company. They do let you down!”

“Your crates are usually full to the brim with good dry wood, however, the last two pallet loads had more 'kindling' size wood than normal.”

Dear Philip, there will be smaller pieces in every crate but the average width is always 8-15cm. If you feel there is too many small pieces please send some photos in and we will gladly investigate.
