“A long wait for delivery with no notification of when wood would arrive. Kerbside delivery meant a good bit of work to move wood - again, not specified. Pine wood briquettes produce quite a lot of ash. Huge amount of plastic wrapping - not environmentally friendly”

“As always the service we got from the Luxury Wood Company was excellent. We have just had another delivery of RUF briquettes, which are a very good product. They burn well, without expanding in our wood burner, and produce a lot of heat. We burn them with ash logs, and together they heat the whole of our house.”

“Regularly use this Company foe kiln dried wood and consistently provide excellent quality dry wood. The delivery company used are very accommodating and helpful and putting the large pallet in my Garage at the end of the garden was n to a problem, even in these testing times. I would recommend Luxury Wood Co. to anyone wanting quality wood for a log burner.”

“Excellent service and an excellent product, we use the compressed logs alongside hardwood logs and it is an excellent combination that heats our large lounge and keeps us warm and cosy. I can highly recommend these compressed logs, they are the best of many we have tried.”

“The wood quality is excellent and we have ordered maybe 7 or 8 times. However the delivery service is a problem for us as they often drop the pallet on the entrance to our drive right next to the road when it could have been put closer to the house( it’s a big driveway) . It is very vulnerable to being stolen and therefore we have sometimes been wheel barrowing wood to a safe place at midnight.”
