“Ordered a full crate of kiln dried oak logs. Delivery was within a week of placing my order, well within expectations, and the chap delivering it followed the instructions I’d given perfectly - “on the drive, near garage but 4 feet away from garage door to allow it to open”. On removing the contents of the crate I was pleased to find a mixture of sizes from 3” up to 8” - all around 10” long. Varied sizes make starting a fire easier with the smaller logs, whilst it is possible to get much longer burn times with the larger logs. No hissing or spitting, and my moisture meter shows 14% on a freshly split surface. Once the crate is empty I always break down the sides and (heat treated only) pallet it is shipped on - this makes great kindling and the amount it produces pretty much lasts as long as the logs themselves, making this even better value. I’ve been using LWC for the past 3 years, and I am very happy with the service and value provided.”

“The oak is lovely and was delivered in the expected time frame. The delivery driver was also very friendly. My only issue was I ordered a one off 10 by 10cm post but it wasn’t cut square. So I had to shave it down to 8 by 8. Will order again from luxury wood Thankyou”

“Purchased a large crate of Ash this time. At all times, I was kept in the picture for delivery. Placed exactly where I needed it. The Ash burns well with good heat. To top it all off, the crate makes excellent kindling or useful for woodworking projects. Happy.”
