“The wood is well dry, but about 10% of the logs are cut way too big to fit into our log burner. This is our third delivery from you so we now have quite a build up of unusable logs. We don't have the means to cut these, so for us this represents poor economy as we'll have to give them away to someone who is able to use them.”

“Ordered a full pallet of ash logs all looks good nice and dry. The delivery was a day early but the driver was very helpful and put the delivery exactly where I wanted it. First time I've used you but will Be back. Pete K. Stoke-on-trent.”

“A smaller lorry would be helpful in the future as my drive is quite steep and the driver could not move the pallet from the back of the lorry without help, the lorry also chipped a brick in my wall. I am not complaining the driver did hi# best under the circumstances”

“The only reason I gave this an 'Acceptable' rating was that when I opened up the packaging to erect the pergola, there were no instructions included contrary to what was assured on the website. The whole process therefore took a lot longer than if we had a clue what went where!”

“Product was good,delivery on day promised but no advance call. Lorry was much bigger than specified .when ringing to complain was told " not our problem" wow Driver was brilliant helped unload into trailer We could cope with up to 18 ton truck you sent 28 ton truck”

“Highly recommended. Very smooth online transaction. Ordered a pallet of 40 bags of decorative tree bark. Appears very good consistent quality from the few bags opened so far. Pallet courier rang to agree mutually convenient date for delivery, we received text on delivery day to confirm delivery time window and driver rang to confirm when we were the next delivery on his schedule”

“Thank God and my son. We finally found someone who can do the wood!! Very straightforward to deal with We asked for a specific day and preferred time for delivery. They rang to check and then managed to do it as requested. On top of which the wood is good!”

“Ordered play bark to improve one of our garden paths which always got wet and very muddy in winter. Delivery was quick and the quality of the bark was excellent and has improved the path 100%. We now walk on on a lovely soft springy surface that stays dry when the weather gets very wet. I must also praise the efficiency and friendliness of Luxury Wood’s administration staff, especially Dayana who was very helpful and speedy in responding to my queries. A happy customer!”
