“The kiln dried ash and ecologs that I buy provide an ideal burning mix and provide so much more heat than the poorly-seasoned logs I used to burn. My house is now toasty warm and the extra cost is minimal but well worth it. Delivery on pallets avoids having to stack my fuel - it is wheeled directly into my store.”

“Excellent quality wood. Delivered very quickly in rigid crate. My only criticsim is that charge £30.00 for delivery to Inverness despite it being on mainland UK. This is unfair and your letting your customers in the north of Scotland down.”

“Just received another crate of ash logs. As usual superb service and the quality of the logs is five star. Before delivery I received a call to find the best day I wished to receive my order and it was delivered on schedule by a a very helpful man who placed the crate exactly where I wanted it. Looking to buy logs there is only one place for 100% quality and service and that's LUXURY WOOD COMPANY.”

“no delivery date confirmed, just got a call from the driver 30 mins before delivery. Wood does nt burn well , I suspect moisture to high”

“The order was delivered as scheduled . The packing protection was excellent and the kiln dried oak was neatly stacked . I would recommend this company for the quality of product and good service !”

“This is my second delivery of oak logs however, the second delivery doesn’t seem to be the same quality. I have now reached the middle section of the pallet and have found that a lot of the logs are just over 6” or 15.5 cm in length and some real thin logs. Description was for 25 cm long logs. Disappointed as it appears the small logs are being camouflaged in the middle section of the large pallet. Really disappointed as the first delivery was excellent quality.”

“Have used the company for two purchases of one ton of wood pellets. Both times the goods have been as described and of very high quality and delivery has been as arranged with no problems of getting the pallet into my garage by the carrier.”

“Waited in, delivery was three days late, logs were dirty covered with saw dust. Many were cut so thin they just burned like tinder.”
