“Mainly excellent service. Logs delivered promptly. Good communication at all times. Quality fine. Occasionally logs out of spec (won't fit in burner as they are)”

“Delivery arrived without notification which was quite a surprise. Thankfully we were home to receive it. I hope next time this will not happen. Three bags were split but no problem. Very happy with the pellets.”

“The order was delivered in good time and the delivery man was exceptionally helpful, getting the pallet into a suitable spot despite the collapsed pallet! I had ordered three bags of oak logs at an extra cost. they were delivered, not separately as expected, but had been placed in the pallet, thereby denying me the equivalent quantity of birch logs! That was a bit of a cheek! Despite that, the logs burn well and leave little or no ash, so I am happy with the order except for being slightly cheated!”

“I have just had my 3rd pallet of wood from The Luxury Wood Co. and I have been very happy with the quality of the wood each time. The website ordering and tracking process has been straight forward and problem free. Delivery driver on this occasion was very helpful although the driver on the previous visit was less helpful which caused some stress as I was not at home at the time. On a negative point I have noted that the size of the pallet this time is smaller than the previous 2 orders.”

“Quality and amount of wood is very good, for the price paid. The only criticism I have is that after initially placing my order I received an order conformation after this communication regarding delivery date could be improved. Regarding my delivery this was very good and the delivery man was very obliging. Would recommend this company.”

“Driver and I struggled with the weight of the pallet (1ton) Pallet very flimsy. Also the tailgate swl was 500 kg So a possible conflict there. But the product is brill Thanks p Ridgill”

“Best delivery in 7 years. Electric pallet truck saved an hour of my life ! One bag broken on delivery, was promised a replacement but that hasn't materialised, otherwise very good”

“Wood quality excellent. Had some challenges offloading it on arrival as load had fallen over in the lorry in transit. Load hadn’t been secured properly. Will use company again when need more wood despite offloading issues.”

“The logs delivered were as described and burn very well so very happy with the quality. The delivery wasn't so good as even though I had stated that a small lorry would be needed, delivery was fist attempted with a very large lorry (again) and even when they returned the next day the lorry was still very large and not really suitable for narrow drives like ours.”

“I have a small log fire and although the length of each log is fine, in most cases the diameters are to wide. Difficult to split, do given to neighbour. If I order again I’m going to have make a stipulation”
