“Wood excellent. My only issue was I would of expected it delivered on a Moffett. I have a shingle drive meaning alot of hard work. Could have easily been avoided.”

“The company is fine but the last 2 deliveries have contained very poor quality logs proving difficult to burn and give satisfactory flame. Disappointing for a customer of a number of years.”

“If you do the calculations, based on loose volume, the big crates are actually the best value you will find, and being kiln dried the logs light easily and give off less smoke / soot than conventionally seasoned wood.”

“My first order, the wood burns well, I couldn't tell you if it is the wood I ordered or not, however burns well. I was expecting 330kg but it was 300kg when weighed my end on my hydraulic forks, mine might be out slightly however I doubt it, especially by 10%. Delivery was ok, but the delivery service is different for each area, mine said morning but came just after noon, however it was around the xmas period and they were a man down, which they explained when I called. Overall you can get cheaper wood, but if that burns as well as this I dont know. I will most likely order from here again.”

“Excellent wood though delivery crate had broken and waited in all day for a delivery which did not come. Had to ring the delivery company to get information - Luxury Wood Co would benefit from providing customer care to the point of delivery.”

“Unfortunately the oak logs arrived covered in mould. I contacted your office and received an apology and compensation so will probably continue to use The Luxury Wood Company. However as the full crates are inherently unstable when being transported (especially on the lorry tail lift) you should instead offer 2 half crates for the same price as a full crate.”

“Luxury wood company good, but the delivery wasn't as when they delivered the 960kg we had to man handle them off the truck off the pallet both being over 70 it was very difficult as we handled them 3 time's once of the truck then in to the wheelbarrow and finally into the outbuilding. So that was 960kg multiplied by 3 nearly 3 tons we moved. The delivery Company send trucks that can't handle the pallets this is the third year on the run this as happened.”

“All good with order and delivery. First class. Some of the wood however was so large that it wont fit in my burner! The length was great but in terms of size It could have done with being broken down into smaller sizes”

“The customer service when ordering was excellent and very helpful. However the delivery company not so, only gave me 10 minute notice of my delivery arrival and then was not best impressed that he had to wait for the fork lift driver. A number of the bags of pellets was also split.”
