“Prompt delivery with plenty of notice good quality log’s burn hot”

“I have ordered previously from this company. The first order came with good size logs - some larger than others and they burnt for a long time. This time the cuts were smaller and I am not sure I will get the same long burn. I will however put the larger logs with the smaller to get the best results possible. I suspect Luxury Wood Company using a new cutter so I am not put off.”

“Nice polite delivery as always. We were surprised to see the crate was smaller than usual ( 100kg ) but dearer. After using your company for some years we may have to look around whereas before we'd just use you . Thanks.”

“Quality of merchandise excellent. Delivery firm a disaster .. first attempt abandoned as driver unable to negotiate the drive unlike numerous drivers have successfully previously. Second attempt was successful but with collateral damage to our 5 bar gate, much chuntering by the driver in a smaller vehicle only to leave the pallet in the most inconvenient position. We will not be using you again sadly ..”

“The Luxury Wood Company offers some of the best kiln-dried wood on the market. Their products are consistently of the highest quality, and their delivery providers have been very helpful over the years. I would give them five stars but for me, the prices have increased so dramatically recently, I understand the fuel crisis had an impact on shipping and demand. I hope that they will be able to lower their prices in the future as this situation eases. To help with the cost of living I believe that The Luxury Wood Company should consider offering a discount to their loyal customers who have spent a lot of money over the years. A loyalty program or a special discount for repeat customers would be a great way to show appreciation for their business and encourage them to continue their patronage. Overall, I highly recommend The Luxury Wood Company to anyone looking for top-quality kiln-dried wood.”

“I ordered my second load of logs from the company, having been delighted with my first delivery of Kiln Dried Birch Logs. I was surprised to see that the price had almost doubled since Feb 22 & believed from the web site that delivery was included in the price - NO. I was faced with an additional delivery charge of £19.95 which I felt should have been made clear on the web site. I challenged this additional charge & was given a credit which was refunded to my credit card fairly promptly. The delivery driver was extremely helpful in dropping off the large pallet but i had asked that I was notified 2 days before delivery to ensure I was home to accept the load. The product is however first class - it would be lovely if there was some keener pricing before my next order. Overall an excellent organisation who listens to my complaint, responds in my favour & delivers first class fuel for my log burner.”
