“Wood was beautifully packed and delivered to an awkward location using a mini forklift. My initial feeling is that it has been split too many times and will burn too quickly in our 12kw stove. Time will tell.”

“Took 2 weeks from ordering to delivery - frankly a bit disappointing. Wood is good quality with low moisture content. This is the third time I have used them. May hop around next time to see if there are better delivery options.”

“Good quality pellets, although bags are quite robust, there were 4 with tears, so lost a few pellets. Certainly not the worst though.”

“Nothing wrong with the pellets or your Company. The problem is your Courier in my experience I do not get the call to say when delivery will take place I have to phone you to arrange delivery”

“Easy to order and pretty fast delivery. The only improvement could be to email once an order is shipped as I didn’t get anything other than a confirmation of my order.”

“The only thing is we were not notified of the delivery date and time, so they just turned up on the day it was raining ☔️ and consequently part of the logs got wet and were lost as it cannot stand or survive humidity!!!”

“Very quick delivery and good product - bricquettes are good quality. Was not contacted to arrange delivery day so just got a call to say they were 10 mins away. Fortunately I was in but could have been a real pain and I had to drop what I was doing to deal with it. For that reason 4 stars”

“wood dry. Some pieces were very big. quick delivery. Pallet at the bottom was damaged. But the driver managed to get to us with a bit of twoing and throwing”

“Customer service excellent as always. Ordering is easy. This time I ordered 1 crate Oak, 1 crate Ash, and 48 packs of compressed hardwood logs. Oak logs were excellent - correct length, good size and very few small bits. Ash logs, many only 10 - 12 cm long instead of 25cm, lots of small bits and shards, crate loosely packed at the top. Good size quality logs only accounted for about 75% of the crate, very disappointing. Compressed hardwood logs appear to be good quality. Delivery as advised with helpful driver.”

“Very pleaded with the quality of wood pellets supplied by The Luxury Wood Company with no problems experienced over several years as our main supplier. Delivery and communication good with helpful delivery drivers. Unfortunately the latest delivery had six badly torn bags and two with minor damage resulting in inconvenience and loss of pellets. I am sure that this was a "one off" and we will continue to purchase wood pellets from The Luxury Wood Company. We have previously purchased coal from The Luxury Wood Company, which was excellent value, and we are disappointed to find that this is no longer stocked.”

“Have bought a few times before and been very pleased with the quality of wood. However this last delivery contained a lot of very large logs which required further splitting which is not what you expect.”

“I have had a few pallets of Ash over the last few years. Good quality wood at a reasonable price. The only gripe is the delivery which could arrive at any time without prior notice.”
