“I have not used any of the wood yet, but it came as advertised, looked very dry, and they were all in small lengths, which is very good for me. I was very please with their service, but the delivery guy (third party company) was not very helpful at all , and was like a bull in a China shop.”

“Second purchase from Luxury Wood Company large crate of ash logs delivery very prompt and goods received as ordered. This wood burns really well and is completely dry well under 10% moisture.”

“Pleased you were able to defer delivery until after my holiday. Have not used any of the wood yet, still using old stock. Excellent delivery service. The large pallet manoeuvered as close as delivery man could get it to aid transfer to my store over narrow pathways.”

“It's a little early to review the quality of the product because it's still summer and I won't be burning anything for a while, however; I did make a second order after a few days and Luxury Wood were kind enough to arrange a change in delivery so that it all came together. As ever, our local delivery company (West London area) were excellent, also, the packing was very good. Highly recommended.”
