“The company responded and arranged delivery very quickly. The haulier sent mixed messages via its tracking system about when delivery would be made and I wasn't contacted in advance to "book a slot" as was suggested by The Luxury Wood Company. Despite this, the supply of pellets arrived within a few days of ordering. I communicated with Luxury Wood by email over the weekend to find out what was happening with regard to delivery and they responded promptly on Monday morning.”

“I've just placed my 4th order of wood pellets with The Luxury Wood Company. Price is the best I can find (I compare 10 different suppliers), website is easy to navigate and delivery happens within the timescale that is stated on the website.... what more can you ask for.
