“On the whole I’ve found Luxury Wood a good company. We’ve had three deliveries of wood and assorted items from you. One recent pallet of logs was slightly less high quality than the others but generally all good products. The only real improver would be the delivery company that is used. They were not as good as they could be. A very friendly driver, however, twice they didn’t deliver when they said they would. When they arrived they don’t have the ability to move the heavy logs across gravel to where they need to be stored. Given that the vast number of houses ordering logs are likely to have gravel driveways this seems a bit of a fundamental floor and certainly frustrating for customers. All that said we think Luxury Wood Company to offer a good product and service.”

“OK, so the logs are really great. Very low moisture content and have had them before so know they burn really well. But I wish they had made it clearer (or clear at all) that the size of the crates (and therefore the number of logs) was smaller than previously. I'd have preferred quantity to have stayed the same even though the price would have been higher rather than try to hide the fact with shrinkflation. I should have paid more attention. Probably will now have to order another crate.”

Dear Mark, The Giant crates are no longer available due to Health and safety reasons. The product dimensions of the new full crates and their volume is very clearly stated on the website and the order confirmations we sent to all customers. Regards, LWC

“I’ve returned to Luxury Wood Company for my logs after trying other cheaper alternatives. They’re actually very competitively priced and the quality of logs is far greater than local suppliers . Would definitely recommend to friends and family”

“The wood is OK but the delivery driver was the rudest, most deliberately unhelpful individual I have had to deal with for years. I think he was the same man as we had three years ago. Luxury Wood is competitively priced, but next time I order I will be asking if you are using Pallet Force again. If you don't have any other delivery option I shall be taking my custom elsewhere.”

“Ordered the largest crate of kiln dried ash and delivered quickly and efficiently with a telephone call to confirm delivery date. Delivered on pallets to kerbside with no problems. Wood tightly packed in crate to maximise quantity and consistent sizes up to the ordered size so will fit in my wood burner. Stocked up now for winter.”
