“The order was as specified and delivered via a third-party courier. Delivery time and date could have been more readily clarified at the point of order, but generally a good service and a very good product. I do recommend and will be using The Luxury Wood Company again. NW - North Wales 07/08/2023”

“Order to delivery was seamless. Contacted by the transport company within days of placing my order to arrange a delivery date. Driver turned up on the agreed date, very helpful. Oak logs as described with a good mix of sizes, I've used this company several times and always happy with them”

“Read the small print. You will not receive 2sq m wood as crate size is slightly over 1 sq m. The 2 sq m wood is a bag full of logs,not packed in a crate. Please treat us as adults and stop trying to trick us and sell 1 sq m of packed logs.”

“What a joy to receive my winter logs.For the past three years I have been asking for the carrier to ensure that an electric trolley was on board to help move the logs to my store.This was to assist with pushing the pallets up a slight slope.Hence two large pallets of logs were delivered on time and delivery Was completed in 15 minuets. Oh! And the logs look to be the usual high quality.”
