“Read the small print. You will not receive 2sq m wood as crate size is slightly over 1 sq m. The 2 sq m wood is a bag full of logs,not packed in a crate. Please treat us as adults and stop trying to trick us and sell 1 sq m of packed logs.”

“What a joy to receive my winter logs.For the past three years I have been asking for the carrier to ensure that an electric trolley was on board to help move the logs to my store.This was to assist with pushing the pallets up a slight slope.Hence two large pallets of logs were delivered on time and delivery Was completed in 15 minuets. Oh! And the logs look to be the usual high quality.”

Dear valued customer, We had to decrease the height of the crate due to safety reasons. We deliver the crates using a pallet network and we had many complaints about the offloading of the taller crates. Our crates are now 1.2m tall but their base is much wider. We have always done our best to offer the best prices to our customers and in the past 6 months the rates have dropped significantly. Regards, LWC team

“I am a repeat customer, I have ordered a large crate of kiln dried oak logs every year since 2018, always been impressed by quality of the firewood… but this year’s crate was full of small and poor quality logs, many pieces riddled with wormholes, very few decent logs. I will try another supplier next year.”
