“I have ordered wood from LWC for several years and with a couple of minor blips have received excellent service. This time I placed an order and received confirmation, but that was all. A week passed and no communication (usually receive a delivery date within a day or so). Next working day I was in a meeting and received a call to say that the driver was outside my house trying to deliver my wood. I had not had any notification of this, but the driver was very understanding and left the wood where I asked him to. Emailed customer services who were very apologetic, and blamed the delivery company, but in the past notification was always sent from LWC, not the delivery company. I do hope this is not an indication of usually high standards being lowered.”

“Used this company for a few years. Easy to order, the prices are really competitive, I have found them to be the cheapest after extensive searching and pricing. Delivery drivers are always helpful and pleasant to deal with Just wish the company would email to say when they are due to deliver rather than just turn up.”

“Product very good as always however delivery not so good. I hadn't heard anything since placing my order so rang to see if I could get a date, to be told it would be delivered that day. As it turned out it was delivered within 30 minutes of making my call which was good because I was not going to be in that afternoon. Called to say received but you should emphasise that your transport people should let your clients know and agree proposed delivery dates.”
