“Ordered a 2sq M crate of Alder, wood was as expected dry, well packed and wrapped and from the sample I have burnt so far excellent condition with good heat and medium time burning. Only thing I would mention would be the poor service by the delivery company who had me waiting for them most of the day on two occasions only not to turn up with lame excuses.”

“We bought a crate of hardwood oak but some were other hardwood. Logs were contaminated with dried soil and dirt and weren’t as dry as expected. There was mould on them where they had been exposed to damp and they hissed quite a bit as they were burning. Logs were generally a good size overall. Delivery was prompt and efficient.”
