“Great product (oak), great value and great service. Delivery as promised as always with no issues. Wood really well packed. Compared against another supplier, and even though their pallet was larger, there was more wood in the pallet from Luxury Wood. Will definitely be using again”

“Good heat logs - they seem to strike a good balance between really dense heat logs (which take a while to catch) and the really cheap briquettes that are 'fluffy'. My house is up a narrow lane and the delivery company were OK with putting the pallet in a van and unloading it by hand at my house.”

“Speedy delivery and superb oak logs. Had to split a few, but OK. First time ordered on recommendation of son-in-law and well pleased. Used the crate as framework for a new log store - nice to be able to upcycle.”

“Good quality wood and delivered on time by efficient and friendly driver who was happy to manoeuvre the pallet into our garage in exactly the place we wanted it. Only slight problem was that the protective plastic on the top of the pallet had split and so rain had drenched the top two layers of logs. They will dry out over the summer so should be fine.”

“I asked for quick deliver as I have two babies at home it took 6 days, I specified a 7.5 ton delivery truck they sent an 18 ton truck, not possible to reverse down the drive meaning it then took me 2.5 hours to move it with a wheel barrow, then found 6 bags torn and pellets soaked in the rain. Too fuming to email and complain but this is the very last time I will use this company, Mark in Derbyshire”

“Last year we ordered Birch wood which burns well and looks great. Delivery was pretty quick despite the bad weather we had at this time last year. This year we ordered net bags of wood for ease of transport to our shed and we paid the extra for oak. Oak takes much longer to burn that birch so less need to bulk up fire with as much coal later on. Delivery time was good and pallet came well wrapped to ensure the wood stayed dry no matter what the weather was like.”

“We've had our wood from the Luxury Wood Company for around 3 years now and never had cause to complain. We order either ash or oak in a large crate. It's easy to order and the progress of your order can be tracked. All our orders have been delivered on time on the day we request. Both woods we burn are good kiln dried wood. The ash seems hotter and burns faster the oak is slower burning and does not give out so much immediate heat which we prefer. Our crate is taken off the back of the lorry and the driver wheels it into our storage area. We shall continue to use this company owing to their reliability and quality of the product.”
