“Very good service good wood, pretty expensive . Can’t help feeling guilty that it’s sourced from abroad and probably we shouldn’t be burning mature trees that take many decades to grow !”

“From the first contact via phone right through to delivery I cannot fault this company and the products they sell, all communication was prompt and professional along with the minor details I requested being dealt with. I will be using them again very soon without a doubt. Many thanks to Kiki and the driver who delivered. Only wish you guys did lengths of 4x2 as it would save me going elsewhere! Regards Kev.”

“I would like to write a review but unfortunately i still have not recieved my order it has been 15 days and still not been processed at the warehouse recieved an email a week ago saying 3- 15 days and nothing has chainged still at the same poin spoke to customer service today didn't hava a clue I am none the wiser where is my order?”

“The wood is top quality and burns really well. So much is crammed into the crates it’s quite impressive. My only issue would be the purchase process. You get an invoice for the purchase but then hear nothing until the third party delivery company calls to arrange a date. A little more feedback from the luxury wood company would be good just to assure their customers that all is well. It can be quite a few days before the delivery company calls. It’s a lot of money to spend without much contact.”
