“The driver was extremely difficult and refused to help in any way at all, he needs to be trained on how to use a pump truck! I have a smooth side at my pavement rather than a step and double opening gates and he was still trying to put it curb side! I have ordered wood no less than 15 times before with drivers using manual and electric pumps and have never had this problem before, unfortunately I won’t be ordering again just in case I get the same driver, previous drivers from yourselves have been great”

“My first order, the wood burns well, I couldn't tell you if it is the wood I ordered or not, however burns well. I was expecting 330kg but it was 300kg when weighed my end on my hydraulic forks, mine might be out slightly however I doubt it, especially by 10%. Delivery was ok, but the delivery service is different for each area, mine said morning but came just after noon, however it was around the xmas period and they were a man down, which they explained when I called. Overall you can get cheaper wood, but if that burns as well as this I dont know. I will most likely order from here again.”

“We were told the delivery was due to arrive between 9-5on Friday Dec 20th and never came. Called at 5pm and office closed. at 5:30 received a call from the delivery company to re-arrange for next day at midday thus we arrange for someone to turn up at that time. The driver turned up at 09:30am instead without warning and left a ton of pallets outside the locked premises on a rainy day. Not on and totally unprofessional.”

“Excellent wood though delivery crate had broken and waited in all day for a delivery which did not come. Had to ring the delivery company to get information - Luxury Wood Co would benefit from providing customer care to the point of delivery.”

“The crate when it arrived was broken, this raises a health and safety issue to your customers. 50% of the logs were just a step up from kindling. only about 15% of the logs were of a size larger than 3 inch by 3 inch. Wood burns well but very poor value for money.”

“Despite email and phone call to office requesting a vehicle no bigger than 7.5 tonnes the pallet first arrived on 16 tonnes then next day on a small van and I had to handball off!!!!!!”

“Excellent kiln dried oak neatly packed even managed to light fire without any kindling. Watch out for splinters as woods so dry ! The pallet was delivered next to our front door and by leaving plastic cover on, it created a temporary rain proof wood store. Will be ordering again. Thanks”
