“Straightforward to order and logs arrived when they said they would. I like the fact that they arrive on a pallet, so no unnecessary plastic packaging and you can break up the pallet to use for kindling”

“Couldn’t fault the service or the product. I wasn’t in on the day of delivery but it wasn’t a problem LuxuryWood Company rearranged for next day and all was good. Will defo order again.”

“Although not the cheapest for Ecologs at £290/960kg the delivery within a few working days of order is efficient. The ecologs themselves ignite well with/without firelighters and give a good heat output. The logs themselves, unlike some makes of ecolog, break up easily into smaller pieces, which for older/more frail customers will be a help.”

“I have a small log fire and although the length of each log is fine, in most cases the diameters are to wide. Difficult to split, do given to neighbour. If I order again I’m going to have make a stipulation”

“Wood excellent. My only issue was I would of expected it delivered on a Moffett. I have a shingle drive meaning alot of hard work. Could have easily been avoided.”

“wonderful service and the delivery man was incredibly helpful - put the pallet exactly where it was needed. Wood of good quality and lights without coal or kindling. Highly recommended. The driver again was amazing.”

“The company is fine but the last 2 deliveries have contained very poor quality logs proving difficult to burn and give satisfactory flame. Disappointing for a customer of a number of years.”

“If you do the calculations, based on loose volume, the big crates are actually the best value you will find, and being kiln dried the logs light easily and give off less smoke / soot than conventionally seasoned wood.”
