“I can highly recommend this company and the excellent quality of their products. We purchased Kiln dried Birch which is easy to light and very clean burning. The only fly in our ointment was the carrier who let all concerned down, but that's normal in the real "oop north". Otherwise five star.”

“Have ordered from LWC before and this delivery of logs kept the high standards. Tightly packed super dry logs, well packaged in tough plastic to keep them dry until ready to use. The delivery company that LWC partner with couldn’t be faulted with organising a delivery date / time and the driver was very friendly and helpful in moving the crate to a convenient place. Will definitely use again,”

“5 Stars for LWC; Bungling Incompetency (their own words) by Intercounty Distribution, Launceston Office. Intercounty phoned on Monday 9th January. We agreed delivery for Friday 13th Jan 2023. Nothing. When I spoke to them early Friday afternoon (it was so loud on the phone I thought they were having an office party), they said that they had "forgotten". Rearranged for Monday 16th. Again nothing. I was told that they had "forgotten to put my order on the lorry". When my order eventually arrived the following day (Tues 17th), the helpful, friendly driver told me he had been delivering to within half a kilometre of my address the previous day (Mon 16th)! Please!! I had to wait in for three days, two of them because of Intercounty Distribution incompetence (their own words). Come on Intercounty Distribution. You can do better than this. Keep customers informed at the very least.”
