“Good quality logs set light easily and burn with a lot of heat given off. This was a pallet of birch logs.l bought a pallet of birch logs from another wood supplier were a bit cheaper at the beginning of winter but they were not as good as the pallet from the luxury wood company.”

“Delivery took longer than quoted. Zero comms regarding delivery date or time. The only notification I got was a call from the driver to say he was 15 minutes away, just as well I was at home when he rang. Poor comms.”

“My first time with The Luxury Wood Company, and I noticed my neighbour had used them previously, so I thought I'd give them a trial order as wood supplies in my local area were taking 5 weeks and more to deliver, I'm delighted I did as delivery was in 10 days and the quality of the wood is excellent, burns clean with a terrific heat output. I will definately use them again.”

“Unfortunately my last order for oak hardwood logs arrived and was very disappointed with size of the logs. Many were circular pieces at 50 to 75 diameter. Fast burning and question if oak wood. Raised the matter with customer services waiting for a reply. Please note very satisfied with my first order”

“Easy to use website. Ordered a large crate and delivered to Isle of Man by the next week. Wood is good quality, kiln dried and burns really well. We were really pleased so reordered another crate. The postage reduced rate of £45 to the IOM is a great incentive. We will definitely order again, Thank you 'The Luxury Wood Company'”

“Even with the massive rise in costs these folks are still from what ever web search you do the cheapest out there. That includes the delivery charge! But their prices have gone up drastically like everyone else's.”

“Excellent quality kiln dried hardwood, oak burns nice and bright and hot. Great size for smaller multi fuel stoves. Pallets really useful for kindling and garden diy. Prompt delivery by reliable company with accommodating driver.”

“Firstly my good review, the quality of the wood pellets is good with very little dust. The delivery was also good. What was not so good was the fact that two bags had clearly been damaged at the warehouse. This was evident as both the damaged bags had been taped up using branded Luxury wood tape. What I was most upset about was both bags had lost between 30% and 50% of the contents and the two offending bags had apparently then been placed at the bottom of the pallet in the hope I wouldn't notice. Furthermore, when I sent photographic evidence of the issue, I had to chase for a reply to my complaint and was then offered a credit note which I declined and requested a refund for both bags. This is apparently forthcoming but still not received.”

“Great product, Burns lovely. Some variations of weight to the bags....May have balanced out across the whole delivery but without weighing the who delivery its impossible to comment further. All in all happy with the product.”
