“Previous supplies of kiln dried ash logs were great..... but the 70 nets of kiln dried ash logs that we received last week were a big disappointment. For some reason the wood is difficult to light and reluctant to remain lit. It is almost as if the wood has not been dried properly although we have no means of confirming this. All in all, this single purchase has significantly damaged our confidence in your products. Big shame !”

“I ordered birch the first time,then ash,now this year I have got oak, they are a good quality and burn well although some logs I have had to split to get in my wood burner.”

“Very easy to order, both online with their help desk and on the phone. They had an excellent explanation for the current Europe-wide shortage of biomass wood pellets. Very good product and particularly the packaging was rather more robust than for other suppliers, so no wastage at all. Only downside was the delivery lorry was much bigger than had been stipulated and the pellets had to be left on the roadside rather than down the drive to our house, which meant rather more work and handling from our side.”

“The person I spoke to regarding specific delivery requirements was really helpful and understanding. As for the wood, perfect. It’s the 2nd full crate of kiln dried ash I’ve bought and it won’t be the last.”

“Quick delivery in a very useful pallet all wood nicely stacked . I bought 1 pallet of birch and 1 of oak . I put one of each type of log in the stove and it burns perfect and last good as well . Will definitely be using them again in the winter . Thank you”

“The wood is well dried and burns effectively. The delivery process was difficult in that I did not know what date it was coming and it took about 10 days. This needs to be addressed as other company’s give you a choice of delivery date on line and then a call with am or pm. Because of this I won’t order again.”

“Have been a customer for a number of years buying kiln dried logs. They are of excellent quality and are delivered very quickly, the haulage firm phoning to arrange a day and the driver phoning to give an approximate time. Have recommended friends who are equally impressed.”

“There is a significant difference between logs and kiln dried logs - heat output. I have tried ordinary logs from a local source and thought they were satisfactory until I tried kiln dried which I have found not only produce more heat but are easier to light and produce far less smoke.”

“The delivery driver has to negotiate a narrow drive in a smaller vehicle and the logs have to be removed one net at a time. He was most helpful, although I did my bit and all nets were parked safely away in log stores which was helpful. However these logs were in orange nets does this mean they are oak. I did order ash over the phone and would prefer that in future but obviously will burn what has already been helpfully stored.”
