“Ordered a giant crate of oak logs. Driver put crate exactly where I wanted in the garage. The driver also took the time to talk to my 2year old son who’s mad about lorries. First time I’ve used this company as only just had wood burning stove installed in our new house. Will definitely be ordering again when we eventually need more logs. Wood burns brilliantly. Thank you”

“Unfortunately I’m having to cut some of the logs as there are a number that are a little longer than the majority. Apart from that great logs and good service.”

“I have now had 3 loads over the last two years and find that the kiln dried logs are cut with no further work required. cheaper wet /non dried logs offer poorer value due to the energy used in expelling water. The pallet wood is great for kindling and the bags are great for delivery in the winter when they can be left outside.”

“We have been having wood from you for years.We find wood is great to burn with no large pieces we cant get in our multi burner. It also doesnt clog the chimney up so is very easy to clean no sticky tar deposits which we have had from other places.”

“I have used this company for 2years now, always ordering oak which has been fantastic quality. I thought I might try ash this winter and I am delighted with this wood also. Thoughtfully chopped onto the right size for it's burning characteristics lovely wood,I always feel reluctant to burn it! Delivery company is also very effective and communicate well. Definitely recommend this company.”

“Exactly as described. Oak burns hot and slow..... so much better than aldi/ B and M packets and much cheaper per kg. Delivered on time and the driver was willing to get pallet close to my door.. thank you.”

“Two assignments of logs from the Luxury Wood Company delivery was late, The courier said I was not in as they passed by our door. both courier and the Luxury Wood Company assured me they would not let me down, both closed their communications before 5pm. When complained about this service they awarded £30 of my next delivery. When the next delivery came it was the worst grade with 2/3 small logs. At that point I stopped doing business with them and asked to be removed from their customers.”
