“Delivery is excellent, the company they use is very thoughtful. The wood comes secured on pallets and is the moisture content requested. We asked for a bag of bark for the flower borders, this came in a grab bag as requested, the coffeee cups etc which had been thrown into the bag were not requested.”

“We have been using Luxury Wood for the past two seasons. The wood is excellent and ready for the fire. Delivery is prompt. I recommend them as you know what you get when you order. Of course the delivery pallet makes excellent kindling!”

“Kiln dried logs are excellent quality. Third delivery and same quality. Much better quality than anything available locally. Yes they’re more expensive but well worth the extra cost. Burn cleanly so less soot and tar in stove chimney . I would recommend without hesitation”

“Excellent service and good value. Delivery was arranged at a convenient time and delivered to a place of choice. I bought the large crate of oak and was really pleased with the quality and size of the logs. Would definitely recommend”

“Overall fairly good. Updates with respect to the delivery (to the far northwest highlands) could have been better - there had been no call and pallet was left on our driveway when we were out. There was more variation with the size of the logs than I remember with my last delivery from Luxury Wood. Will use again”
