“The wood is good but delivery time too long. Ordered 1/9 and wood arrived 15/9 - much quicker delivery please like it used to be. Delivery drivers are always lovely - I know this is Scotland but 2 weeks delivery not your usual standard. Five stars for wood and 2 stars for delivery.”

“Best delivery and best driver . Only one small problem specially for the driver... the pallet was broken and he had a difficult tusk to put it on the pump truck and bring it down in a way to balance the big bag not to fall.”

“The wood wood is great quality and size is good. Very well packaged and delivery always easy. Good communication prior to delivery and always made to feel like a valued customer. Have used them a couple of times and will be using them again. So with a doubt I'd recommend The Luxury Wood Company”

“I am delighted with the logs I received from Luxury Wood. The kiln dried Ash logs were delivered in a strong jumbo crate as promised and arrived on the stated date. The logs were very well packed and delivered on time. The logs were well protected from the elements by strong plastic sheeting. I have made the wooden crate into a log store. Thank you Luxury Wood.”
