“Kilndried wood is excellent and burns well. Very happy with my order I will be ordering again soon. Delivery was also good, The driver was courteous and the place my wood where i required on the drive. Thank you Luxury Wood company! Pam”

“This is the 2nd year that I've ordered Ash logs for my wood burning stove from this company. I ordered & paid for them on-line which only took a few minutes. I contacted them by phone to arrange a suitable day for delivery. The lady I spoke to was very pleasant & efficient & we sorted out a convenient day. On the day the driver phoned me telling me the time he would arrive. An hour later the logs were delivered. They were dry & well seasoned, just what I need for the wood burner. Everything from placing the initial order to the delivery was quick & hassle free. I have no problem in recommending this company.”

“Excellent service from point of order to delivery. Read a few bad review regarding the delivery company but they couldn't have been more efficient, leaving the pallet whilst we were our exactly where we wanted it.”

“Original review - "Your full crate pallet size has shrunk and the price stayed the same so started looking at other options. Also the wood was very light....almost felt hollow with lots of woodworm holes. Will have to research harder before deciding if buy from you again rather than automatically come back. " Current review - The issue has been dealt with very quickly and looked into. I will automatically use again as even when things don't go right the company cares to put them right. Hope it was one off and the wood will be spot on as normally.”
