“Ordered a large ash pallet. Came in a good quality pallet. Delivery was made easier by Pallex group whose delivery driver had a electric pallet truck that coped with my gravel drive. The wood was tightly packed so the quantity was as advertised. One star was knocked off because of the large differences of size of each log with many being too small. I would order from this company again but would wish for more standard sized logs”

“I bought my timber more than 3 weeks ago. I was promissed callbacks with delivery dates etc but this has never happened. So at the moment I have no money and no timber. The friendly customer services cannot do anything about it as apparently the responsible part - logistics - doesn't care and wouldn't be bothered to reply to their colleague's emails as well... Want it on time - definitely not here... Update1 After many calls and promises I have the delivery date - next Tuesday. So far no compensation for the delay was offered. Let's just hope the delivery will happen and that the quality is ok. Update 2 I got the delivery. Very friendly driver, good quality of timber. Despite the delay I'll come back for more if I'll need it. The main message of this review - be aware delivery might be very delayed but its worth it.”

“2nd year of ordering kiln dried wood. Prices have hiked up over 30% in the year but I have no issues with the wood itself which is dry and great to burn. If prices continue to increase at this rate, I'm afraid it's not looking good for my neighbours fences and shed 🤣”

“Good wood always. Cut to manageable sizes mostly.. Had no delivery information until 2 hours before they arrived which gave me quite a problem. There pre delivery info sent said I would be informed 2 days before but nothing was heard until the notice that they were on there way.”

“We have had six deliveries from you previously which have been delivered to the rear of our property by a very helpful driver using an electrically powered pallet truck. However this delivery was made by a driver without an electrically assisted truck, which was too heavy for her, and my wife and I felt obliged to assist. This is something I don't wish to do in the future.”

“Happy with the pellets, but it's a shame they don't bother to provide any updates on the delivery. I received an email confirmation of the order and then heard nothing more until a pallet company called saying they were delivering the next day. It would be better if they could send an update with the tracking details when the pallet is picked up.”

“Have ordered nets of logs previously, the most recent was Ash. There seemed to be a lot more smaller pieces than usual. The quality is excellent and the delivery was spot on.”

“The ordering process was easy, the delivery was on time and the driver helpful. The wood was dry and the sections of a reasonable size but some were quite small. The price had gone up 40% since our last purchase 15 months ago.”

“The wood is top quality and burns really well. So much is crammed into the crates it’s quite impressive. My only issue would be the purchase process. You get an invoice for the purchase but then hear nothing until the third party delivery company calls to arrange a date. A little more feedback from the luxury wood company would be good just to assure their customers that all is well. It can be quite a few days before the delivery company calls. It’s a lot of money to spend without much contact.”

“Consistently great quality and service but now very pricey with virtually 50% price increase in the last year. No recognition for being a very loyal customer ( a discount and or a loyalty program would be good)”
