We have had six deliveries from you previously which have been delivered to the rear of our property by a very helpful driver using an electrically powered pallet truck.
However this delivery was made by a driver without an electrically assisted truck, which was too heavy for her, and my wife and I felt obliged to assist. This is something I don't wish to do in the future.
