“I ordered a pallet of ash logs as it seemed the best price on the net – although given how people offer different size loads at various price points it's not easy to calculate. What was pleasing was that when the logs arrived I was surprised at the weight of each bag – meaning the wood was very dense – which is a good thing.”

“Appalling. Total lack of communication. No advice of delivery whatsoever. Only when I chased because it was overdue was I actually advised that it is arriving in less than an hours time. I'm not home, so good luck with that.”

“Great customer service, you can easily speak to a real person, add delivery notes which are passed on to the delivery agent. Delivery was also excellent, fast, no problems, driver phoned me shortly before arrival too. I bought 30nets of birch logs which are good quality. All over great service”

“The wood is good quality but I am amazed as to why delivery takes so long every time, it has been typically up to two weeks. Other supplier can sent in a few days. Even next day from White Energy. There is never any comunication coming through once the order is placed, you are all in the dark when you will receive the order. Disappointing, this needs to improve!”
