“very helpful staff and goods received within 2 days. Delivery company they use was exceptional and the driver was very friendly and went out of his way to drop the load where I wanted it. Will definitley use again”

“It would be higher but this is based on my LAST order. Still waiting for my delivery which I stayed in all day for to be told, at 1530, the driver was ill. Reschedule for Monday AM!”

“Luxury Wood provide outstanding value for money. Competitors disguise the precise volume of their crates which look at first to be equivalent in value but are not. I particularly appreciate the precise cost/cubic metre provided by Luxury Wood which makes comparison fair and accurate. They are my 'go to' supplier of domestic fire wood.”

“The company responded and arranged delivery very quickly. The haulier sent mixed messages via its tracking system about when delivery would be made and I wasn't contacted in advance to "book a slot" as was suggested by The Luxury Wood Company. Despite this, the supply of pellets arrived within a few days of ordering. I communicated with Luxury Wood by email over the weekend to find out what was happening with regard to delivery and they responded promptly on Monday morning.”

“Good company to deal with and we've always been pleased with the product supplied. Unfortunately, the delivery contractors they use are appallingly incompetent. The latest fiasco of a delivery, which was the worst to date, has led me to conclude that it would be better all round for us to buy our firewood elsewhere.”
