“Good quality logs delivered packed and stacked on a pallet. Expensive but very practical.”

“Bought a mix of Ash & Oak nets this time, as the Ash I bought previously was very poor but thought I would give it one more try. Again I am finding the Ash is not good quality wood, being very light and therefore burning very quickly, perhaps this is as good as it gets now. My recomendation is to stick to the Oak.”

“Straightforward ordering, delivery when promised. The quality of the bulk bag of manure was generally very good. A slight whiff of ammonia and a few hard lumps, but mostly pleasant to handle. Price not the cheapest, but fair value for good quality. I will be buying again.”

“Contacted LWC for a pallet of hardwood eco logs. The telephone operator was pleasant and efficient in taking the order. An E mail invoice was sent straightaway to myself. The pallet delivery company only notified me 30 minutes before it’s actual delivery which was not ideal as I would have preferred a date and time. Other than the surprise delivery time the pallet company driver was very helpful in offloading the pallet and placing it in a safe and accessible location. All in all more than happy with the product and the services .”

“Easy ordering of bagged woodpellets; always a very courteous service; competitive prices. The only downside is the uncertainty of delivery by the pallet haulier - and little regard to the size of truck used along our narrow country lanes, despite requesting 7.5T max for every order.”

“Excellent kiln dried ash wood logs, however, I was disappointed that there were too many thinly sliced pieces of wood, which could not be defined as logs. My last pallet of logs was also excellent, but did not contain any thin slices.”

“Dear Company, I am very impressed with the company I am very impressed with the quality of the wood and the date of delivery except, the young driver dropped the whole load of wood narrowly missing people and cars, if you are on whats app I will send you a picture, I don't know how to send it on the internet, Thank you, Marion Baker”

“Lovely clean well dried wood that burns easily and clean with little charcoal left over. Only issue is the business partner they use to deliver in the West Country who seemed to think it was ok not to delivery when they had told me they would only to rebook and then try to re-cancel at the last minute. Luxury Wood Co refunded the delivery charge when I told them so 10/10 for customer service.”

“Aside from a disgruntled & thoroughly miserable delivery driver who was happy to wheel the pallet into the garage but not an additional 3ft into the corner of the garage (he did eventually) the logs arrived as expected and has saved a lot of time and effort restacking vs my typical lorry dump on the driveway. The logs look good and the pallet looks like it will be good for next year's kindling too. Nice bonus was the film wrapping on the logs as it was raining that day. 4* as I'd have liked the option of 8" as opposed to 10" logs due to a small wood burner.”

“All was good apart from being disappointed by the individual packaging. When I moved some of them to my house from where they were delivered, the wrappings split.”

“Excellent product and well packed into the pallet. However, the reason for 4* is due to the pallet/container itself. It is not steady and easily tips when being moved. If the pallet/container was flatter and perhaps squarer, it would be more steady and then could possibly have been able to get up the drive rather that having to barrow the logs to the back of the house, which was rather labour intensive.”
