“We're very happy with the wood we received however the delivery guy damaged some of the pavement at the back of our garden on the public pathway which is quite annoying!”

“Product is excellent, dry, cut to length and reasonably split. No rubbish scraps hidden in crate. This being my fourth order. Delivery was fine but unfortunately forklift on lorry was not capable of lifting full crate weight which caused some difficulties in that crate needed to be opened on truck and some of load delivered loose. Fortunately weather was fine but would have been a far different story if it had been wet weather as the timber would have inevitably become wet and storage area was not ready.”

“Have not tried the wood yet, but it looks very good. Only slight downside was the delivery company not contacting us to let us know approximately when the delivery would be, HOWEVER the delivery driver was excellent transferring the logs into the garage which at 5p.m. was a great help as I did not fancy unloading two crates on the pavement before nightfall.”

“Great price of product and quality wood and peat for burning. Took ten days to arrive in Inverness from ordering. Bit annoyed you charge for delivery to the Highlands of Scotland when most of country is free. Seems a bit unfair.”

“Product is excellent. Delivery driver was extremely good and helpful, but we had to chase delivery, and then a logistics problem meant it wasn't delivered on the agreed date, but the following day.”

“The delivery driver couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Faced with a split pallet which could not be unloaded by the usual means, he set to and carefully unloaded each bag by hand. Very pleased with the product and delivery.”

“I wanted 2 grade A 8ft x 8inch x 4inch sleepers and 8 grade 2ft x 8inch x 4inch sleepers. Luxury Wood said that they had no 8 ft sleepers but could offer 16 2ft sleepers at a much higher price. I needed them quickly so I bought. Quality and delivery service very good.”

“Delivery was as arranged with the delivery driver being very helpfull and having the right machinery on his lorry to move the pallet inside my garage. First class service and having used the product before first class wood pelletts”

“Driver ok but not quite as helpful as previously but not all his fault as the crate was poor quality and falling too pieces. Hopefully back to normal next time This minor issue fully resolved by a small goodwill discount off my next order”
