“Comes well packaged and waterproof so you can leave unpacked outside and it'll be fine till you decide to open it up. The only downside was not being able to arrange a delivery day at the time of purchase. The phone call from the delivery came a week later and on the day they had lost my number so couldn't alert me of their imminent arrival.Other than that, great stuff.”

“since the first time I placed an order I've always been a fan of luxury woods products. 99% of my order has been net-bagged kiln dried ash wood and it was nearly always very good. BUT EVERY TIME i ordered loose/crate kiln dried ash it was for sure NOT THE SAME QUALITY. maybe because if it on sale or something. my last loose delivery was probably the worst as there was a lot of tiny, knotty and other scrappy pieces of wood (all ash ?) which I definitely would not class as logs. looks as if i will stick to nets when definitely ordering next time. and ordering again i will”

“The wood itself burns nicely, but the delivery was somewhat calamitous. The lorry driver didn't manage to get down my street, had to use his pallet truck to roll it down the *middle* of the street, pallet proceeded to snap completely on the road, meaning I had to help him move it to the edge of the road, leave it in front of a neighbours garage meaning he couldn't drive anywhere whilst I was moving these packs of wood two at a time back and forth to my house, which was 100 yards away. So whilst the wood itself is great, delivery maybe could have been handled/planned better...”

“It’s the first year I have bought briquettes from this company and I can say I am impressed. Importantly the quality and lacking of the product is excellent. It compares with my previous supplier and was favourably priced. Delivery was as promised and the personal service by their staff was first rate. If you use briquettes then you need look no further. I shall be reordering.”

“Lovely dry logs and the way they were packaged and wheeled into the garage was great. My only problem is that they stated the log length was 25cm, this is the maximum size my wood burner will take but a lot of the logs are 30cm plus so therefore I am going to have to cut a lot down in order for them to fit my fire. I ordered them as I thought the length stated was accurate but unfortunately a lot of mine are bigger.”

“Very good service I emailed company to find out when delivery was and they got back to me very quickly with a day delivery driver was also very helpful and put the logs up to my side gate.quility of logs was also quite good although there were a few small ones in the centre of the pallet but there ok for getting the fire going very pleased will definitely buy again.”

“I asked for a Friday delivery after 11.00. The delivery company arranged the route so that it came when I was home. The driver was helpful and dropped the pallet by my back gate. The wood looks dry, just need some cold weather to try it out. The pallet was damaged and had been loaded on to another pallet.”

“Thanks to all at luxury wood, this is our third year of ordering and as always easy and quick to deliver, we've had the same delivery driver called David every year very helpful, We usually have a combination of wood and heat logs but decided to just try heat logs this winter so we will see how they fare.”
