“I ordered two large crates , one of ash and one of oak.Both were compactly packed containing good sized uniform logs , perhaps the oak contained a slightly larger proportion of small pieces ,however these will provide good kindling as will the crates themselves .The carrier was first rate , punctual , efficient and polite , positioning the crates exactly where we wanted them. I would definitely make future purchases .”

“Went for birch this time over oak, still has a really good thermal value and is less messy than oak when shifting it around. LWC always timeous with deliveries and packaged well, I like using the crates for kindling!”

“Delivery very soon after they were ordered. The crate came well wrapped in plastic to keep them dry before I could transport them to the log store. Very good quality logs. Lots of difference in thickness but of regular length. Burns beautifully without the need for lots of kindling (the crate makes a wonderful pile of kindling when unloaded!). Will definitely order again.”

“0% moisture! The large crate has a lot of logs. The logs burn well, ?I haven't had to use the kindling yet as the logs are so dry and there were some smaller logs which light straight away with just newspaper. I will definitely order from here again.”

“I have been using Luxury Wood logs for the past 3 years. They are the best value logs I have found to date. They burn well and last a long time. My chimney sweep tells me my chimney is very clean after a winter of using my log burner.”

“Like the last delivery, turned up on the wrong day, in fact 3-days later this time. West London is not exactly difficult to reach. Not particularly impressed with the oak logs; far to many small pieces. Understandable that there has to be a mix, but this batch was on the wrong side of too many. I don't intend to use the company again”

“Wood appears to be ok though slightly longer than indicated, no promised call to arrange delivery and wrong truck and pallet truck used to make delivery. Consequently the pallet ended up on its side on the road outside!”
