“Lots of very small bits NOT LOGS !!!!! Only few decent sized logs in it . Lots of moss covered too. Will go back to my normal local coal merchants supply of kiln dried logs which are top quality & only £20 more for full size pallet.”

“Again can’t fault the ordering, delivery or customer support. Ordered this pallet of Oak with a discount voucher as my last order of Ash had about 10% of Larch mixed in. Disappointed to find when I received this new order it also had Larch mixed in although not as much this time.”

“Pleased you were able to defer delivery until after my holiday. Have not used any of the wood yet, still using old stock. Excellent delivery service. The large pallet manoeuvered as close as delivery man could get it to aid transfer to my store over narrow pathways.”

“Delivery was quick, although the contracted company didn’t send the lorry with a penmatic truck which was stated in the order making delivery harder than it needed to be. Ordered the ecologs. Approximately a third of the bags were split. This didn’t impede lofting / moving them, however I store them in my external log store, and this did allow the moisture to penetrate the logs causing them to split and powder (they’re only made up of compressed sawdust with no glue holding them together). If you’re buying these you need to store them inside - which takes up a great deal of space if you by the pallet loads - or ensure you check every bag before accepting delivery. A little gutted if I’m honest, but a good product when delivered in a sealed condition.”

“The logs arrived as planned. The delivery driver was particularly helpful in manoeuvering the pallet as close as possible to my woodstore. The logs burn well.”

“Was surprised that the wood arrived in 18 ton lorry , quite difficult to unload we live on a busy road and on a hill . The driver managed very well but as the wood is put on with lifting trucks and all he has is a small trolley and us to help make sure it doesn't ove r balances . Maybe for us next time. We should have the same amount on the pallet in sacks .”

“Ordered Pergola - solidly made produtct and instructions were straightforward - took 2 of us about an hour all in to build it. Delivery came a day earlier than advised although luckily i was in. The screws were meant to be 85mm and 75 mm although they were 75mm and 65mm but they were still long enough. Overall please with the purchase and the pergola looks nice once built”

“It's a little early to review the quality of the product because it's still summer and I won't be burning anything for a while, however; I did make a second order after a few days and Luxury Wood were kind enough to arrange a change in delivery so that it all came together. As ever, our local delivery company (West London area) were excellent, also, the packing was very good. Highly recommended.”
