“The first two large pallets we had from luxury wood co were very good, however the last load we purchased about 2 weeks ago were not very good, some of the logs were so small we can use as kindling wood. Looking through the logs they are very bitty not like the first two loads, they burn far too quickly.”

“Excellent quality wood. I needed to add some more sleepers after placing the order and the customer services team was very helpful. I was also kept up to date regarding the delivery of the sleepers. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.”

“The firewood I purchased (Birch) is of the highest quality, burns very nicely in my stove producing good heat and lasting well. The delivery was in nice net bags and the driver was extremely friendly and helpful. I'll definitely re-order!”

“Excellent service as has been the case with multiple deliveries over the last 2years. All previous hauliers have had an electric pallet mover. This one didn’t. V difficult!”

“The wood was well packaged including protection from any rain. The logs are is dry as any I've seen with moisture less than 15%, and the HT pallet came in handy- turned that into a couple of sacks of sticks”

“It’s not the cheapest but Wood quality very good as is the delivery we particularly like the netted wood due to our location it’s delivered on a pallet and is protected from the elements”
