“I didn't hear anything for q few weeks after I paid, which. was a bit concerning, but all was well and when the store arrived it was straight forward to assemble and is well made and attractive to look at.”

“Easy to place the order but delivery got a bit lost along the way butwe eventually got the order on the day promised with a phone call from us in the morning. Hope the oak logs are worth the extra money!”

“The company, the product and the service is good. One area for improvement is communication from the delivery partner. It is easy nowadays to let the customer know an approximate timescale for deliver.y. I waited the entire day at home on the recent delivery and heard nothing - the planned day, I hasten to add. Then on the following day at 09:30 the delivery arrived. A call, text, email or something would have been nice to inform me of the delay.”

“have been using the logs , so far it’s good, we live on a slop hill and the driver struggled a lot to get the palette down, may be a better equipped van needed next time”

“Good product at the best price that I have found with great customer service. I have had many deliveries, only one of which was below par and for which I received a discount on submitting photos. Note that the courier is out of Luxury Wood Company's control (as for all others I have used) so stay in close touch. Prices do fluctuate a bit too often & I would like to see customer loyalty discounts but overall you are unlikely to be disappointed.”

“Bought a pallet of eco logs delivered by an excellent driver who was very helpful. Unfortunately The day after delivered some animal ripped the plastic wrapping on most of the logs and they are now a large pile of uncompressed sawdust. I put this comment here only to warn others that are switching from normal logs to eco logs to get them dry and secure as soon as they arrive.”

“This was the best logs I've received from "The Luxury Wood Company", that is good sized logs as opposed to too small logs prior to this shipment. The 10 bags of free kindling also received were poor in as much as half the quantity was a step up from splinters. The combination of small kindling and good sized logs makes it longer for the stove to through out the heat. The log size is good! I'll make my own kindling from the crate as usual. I sincerely hope you will act on this feedback!”

“Ordering process is good, delivery is good, shrink wrapping is good, price is good. Just wish the crates were filled to capacity. When you're paying £200 + a go I don't expect there to be any fillable space at the top of the pallet.”

“Good wood, well packed on the pallet, Down side carrier did not say when it was going to delivered, got a call when they where outside the house, said he could only leave it on the grass verge because I was not here to take it, lucky I could get there in 5 mins.”

“Yet to have fires with the wood - still too warm!! Buying the wood was torturous given your computers can’t handle iPad/iPhone Would help if you told potential customers that Apple computers might not work and show your phone number several times and in bold letters Delivery man very obliging”

“Very good quality, just disappointed the delivery driver would not move the logs along the flat drive, previous companies have moved to my garage (I had read delivery kerbside). Seemed pointless having them delivered in a cage when with difficulty we had to unload them.”

“The firewood is excellent as always, the netting bags making it so much easier to bring indoors. However we still have our ongoing complaint about the courier. Again they did not call to arrange delivery meaning, that I had to greet them at the garage in my pyjamas! The driver said he did not have a phone number on his delivery sheet but he did know about our request to phone before arriving, which incidentally was very early. This is the third or fourth time this has happened.”

“Great product, good value, simple to order. Only negative is the lack of delivery options; once the logs arrive at depot they can only hold onto them for 2 days before delivery. No good when you work during the day/week; they get left on drive and you have to hope there still there when you get home. Not good.”
